About Us

Beautiful Machine is a creative technology design & production studio.
We’re a flexible and accessible partner - a secret weapon that allows you to create novel and compelling experiences, underwritten by technology that feels right and just works.
We have roots in experiential production, audiovisual and lighting integration, digital activations, and highly bespoke applications of emerging technologies. We’ve deployed these technologies on projects that run the gamut from one-day activations to permanent installations, in collaboration with creative agencies, brands and artists - any team that wants to bring a technologically complex project to life.
In our streamlined approach, we merge with a creative team’s way of working, collaborating with you to define the possibilities and the most strategic path to production. We then dig in with our team of designers, developers and producers to deliver activations on time, on budget and aligned with your team’s creative direction.
Reach out to us at hello@beautiful-machine.co - we’d be happy to chat about how we can support you.

Isabella Hinojal

Isabella Hinojal
Isabella Hinojal is the Production Coordinator of Beautiful Machine. She joined the team in April 2024 after several years as manager of a virtual production studio. In her time there she was trained to operate and program the LED screen playback with Disguise. Fueled by curiosity and a love for learning, she treats every project as a chance to explore, evolve, and uncover smarter ways to make ideas happen.
Isabella is focused on helping Beautiful Machine achieve sustainable growth through meticulous planning and team coordination. She takes great pride in her work, and is passionate about fostering collaboration with Beautiful Machine’s creative partners.
Isabella developed a deep appreciation for film at an early age, and has a particular affinity for the horror genre. This fascination inspired her to pursue a degree in film and media studies. Isabella remains an avid moviegoer, and rarely misses a weekend trip to the theater.
Wolfgang Gil

Wolfgang Gil
Wolfgang Gil is a multidisciplinary artist, creative technologist, and software developer whose work explores the intersection of space, perception, and computation. His site-specific and architectural-scale sound sculptures—such as the Resonant Bodies and Aural Fields series—transform public and gallery spaces into evolving sonic environments, powered by custom hardware, algorithmic playback systems, spatialized audio design, and digital fabrication.
With a background in systems engineering, Gil extends his expertise beyond the studio, working as a software and 3D graphics developer for commercial and institutional clients. He creates bespoke tools and interactive experiences, ranging from Python-driven generative systems and Max/MSP installations to immersive 3D experiences built with Unreal Engine and Three.js. His projects often integrate AI, sensor networks, and real-time data streams, enabling responsive environments for exhibitions, marketing activations, and architectural projects. These commissions include collaborations with Microsoft, Audible, Shopify, and the City of Newark, realized in settings from museums and cultural festivals to civic spaces and branded experiences.

When not working, he spends his time experimenting in the kitchen as well as traveling on his motorcycle.
Anecdote - Luther once went ice plunging in a Finnish lake with a troupe of Cirque Du Soleil performers, which was the only time he felt more brave than those death defying aerialists.
